Study of the impact of sleep and physical activity habits on glycaemic variability (T2DM)

A study on the impact of sleep and physical activity habits on real-life glucose variability in people with type 2 diabetes (T2DM).

The aim of this study was to record changes in blood glucose levels in people with T2DM in different daily-life conditions: physical activity, meal-times, sleep etc. These data were used to develop a test bench to evaluate insulin delivery algorithms to treat people with insulin-dependent T2DM using a closed-loop system.

IC@dom, a contract research organisation (CRO), was commissioned to provide a comprehensive service to support Diabeloop at every stage of the clinical investigation.
